Escaping North Korea by National Geographic... →
A short story on the escape from North Korea to South Korea. They cannot take the direct route due to the DMZ, and instead, they had to go all the way around… in a journey that takes a few years living in poor conditions, danger, and without freedom.
The imagining of seeing an illusion of a giant face in front of me in the dark scares the hell out of me.
